Whether you are intending to teach or just experience MELT for yourself, the Hand & Foot Instructor Training will guide you, step-by-step, to relieve chronic aches and pains, prevent injuries, and create effortless stability and movement through the 4 R’s of MELT; Reconnect, Rebalance, Rehydrate and Release.
Participants of this course will gain an understanding of the WHY behind MELT via the neurofascial system – the interconnectedness of the nervous system & the connective tissue system, which creates a whole-body communication network that serves to support, protect, & stabilize us in motion & at rest.
Facilitated through MELT University Online, this self-paced course provides you with a premier virtual platform to learn the hand & Foot curriculum without having to leave your living room. Course is designed to be completed within 30-90 days, however, you will have ongoing access to all of the course materials.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be certified to lead MELT Hand and Foot classes for clients, patients and the general public.
You may begin your MELT instructor training with this course OR the MELT Instructor Level 1 Online Training. Those who take this course and continue with the MELT Instructor Level 1 Online Training will receive a substantial discount to take Level 1 as much of the Hand and Foot course material is included in the MELT Instructor Level 1 Online Training.
