I am a Level 2 MELT Instructor, about to start Level 3! I've been a personal trainer and Pilates instructor for over 15 years and have my own studio. I am passionate about helping people live a better life and feeling good about themselves. I found MELT in 2021 and absolutely fell in love with it. I love sharing MELT with clients for the first time and just seeing their reaction to the immediate effects they can feel in their body. I have 4 grown children and have lived in Lake City, FL for 16 years. I enjoy running and going to races....which means that I MELT a lot to help keep me running!
