Additional Information:
Arrive Wednesday, July 31st 4pm to check in. Join the opening circle and dinner Wednesday evening. Thursday-Sunday MELT sessions with Sue Hitzmann and Master Trainer Kerrie Bodendorf. Choose as many or as few sessions as you like! Check out before 11am August 5th.
One group hike is included in your registration. Sunday evening we gather around the fire pit for a closing circle. Monday morning enjoy a MELT for travel class before your trip home.
You must bring your own MELT Soft Foam Roller, Resistance Band and Hand & Foot Therapy Ball Kit.
Free shuttle from St. George Airport to the resort.
Included in your registration fee:
- 5 nights at the Red Mt. Resort and Spa
- Dinner on Wednesday night, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Breakfast on Monday.
- 1 Hike on Saturday morning with our group.
- All MELT and Groove classes taught in the fitness center
- Foot Treatment class every morning in the gazebo

Double room- $3000
Cancellation policy: If you cancel on or before April 15th, we will refund your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after April 15th cannot be refunded.
