I believe it's never too late to make impactful changes in your body and to feel the benefits of wellbeing, no matter your age or experience level. I am passionate about movement of all kinds, my background is in physical education and dance. I found The MELT Method when I was having chronic pain issues from the repetitive movements in dance and everyday living. I have been able to reverse the negative effects in my body and improved my body's ability to restore balance and repair itself. I have completed the Hand and Foot Training and both Level 1 & 2 trainings for the soft MELT roller. I am working on completing my Neurostrength Level 3 training this summer 2022.
