Your methods are life-changing and have been life-saving for me. The way they help the body realign, re-connect and ensure that our movements are built on the right foundation has made me feel and perform the best I have ever been , even in 30 years as a Personal Trainer. I will be forever grateful.

I was teaching on hardwood floors and I had fought plantar fasciitis for many years and I was having a flare that was so severe that I thought I was gonna have to leave the fitness industry. I thought my career is over and I had done everything. I had the cortisone shots. I had the foot manipulation. I had Graston and my next step was surgery and I saw a little dusty ball of bag of melt balls in a corner of my physical therapist office. And I said, do those work. And he said, well, I don't know, but I have some clients that swear by them. And so I started doing the foot treatment. It saved my feet, it saved my career. So I am all in on melt as both a client and as an instructor.

I feel like this is the missing piece I've been seeking for years! Chiropractic, PT, acupuncture, exercise, etc. all great modalities, but MELT improves the fascia. l network that supports all of our body's systems.. The course was well organized and worth every cent, information clearly presented, repetition of verbiage and practice, explained the science and yet, Sue and the TAs made it personal.

Clarified all the science in a digestible way and got me using the techniques faster than just reading the book. Also, the energy from the group, Sue and teaching assistants was wonderful. I loved it!
