Level 5 NeuroStrength™ Certification is the mastery level of NeuroStrength, and the upgrade that completes your MELT certification. It's the whole-body work: planks, Supermans, and standing patterns that ask your body for real stability and control. The moves look simple and surprise everyone with how much they demand. You'll feel the difference in your own body first, then bring it to the people who move with you. It's the final piece of your NeuroStrength path.
What You'll Learn
In this online certification, you'll learn fifteen advanced NeuroStrength moves across NeuroCore, upper body, and lower body, plus ready-to-teach class sequences. You'll work the sling systems and the serape effect, the deep connections that let the body rotate, run, and simply walk with ease. Everything is online and self-paced, with live calls where the real learning lands.

Fascia Hydrator Certification: full refund if canceled before September 14, 2026. After that date, this portion converts to MELT store credit, or you may transfer to a future training.
Level 5 Certification: full refund if canceled before January 4, 2027. After that date, refunded in MELT store credit, or transfer to a future training.
Refunds require return of the Level 5 Instructor Workbook and the Fascia Hydrator Training Manual and Workbook. You may return the Fascia Hydrator device within 30 days of receipt. You're responsible for return shipping costs.
International Instructors: additional duty fees and taxes may be charged by your destination country, calculated on import and paid by the customer.

The instructor price of $495 is only available when purchased together with Level 5. Purchased separately, the Fascia Hydrator Certification follows its standard pricing.

As an active Level 5 instructor, you stay at the 50% instructor product discount as part of your Level 5 benefits, for as long as you maintain active instructor membership.

All 6 required sessions (3 live calls with Sue plus 3 TA pod sessions) are expected. Everything is recorded if you can't attend live. A paid private TA makeup ($150/hr) is only needed if you miss more than 3 of the 6.
