Fascia Hydrator Training: full refund if canceled before September 14, 2026. After that date, this portion converts to MELT store credit. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future training.
Level 4 Training: full refund if canceled before February 1, 2027. After that date, refunded in MELT store credit. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future training.
Refunds require return of the Level 4 Instructor Workbook and the Fascia Hydrator Training Manual & Workbook. You may return the Fascia Hydrator device within 30 days of receipt. You're responsible for return shipping costs.
International Instructors: additional duty fees and taxes may be charged by your destination country, calculated on import and paid by the customer.
Do I need to be Level 3 certified to take this training?
Yes — Level 3 Training is the prerequisite for Level 4.
Does this training offer CEUs?
Yes — Level 4 Training includes CEC/CEU credit for continuing education.
What's the difference between this and the standalone Fascia Hydrator Training?
The instructor price of $495 is only available when purchased together with Level 4. Purchased separately, the Fascia Hydrator Instructor Training follows its standard pricing structure.
What happens to my product discount over time?
You receive 50% off MELT products for your first 60 days after completing the Fascia Hydrator Instructor Training. After that, your instructor discount adjusts to the ongoing Level 1–4 rate of 30%. Instructors who continue into Level 5 return to the 50% instructor product discount as part of their Level 5 benefits.
Do I have to attend all the live training calls?
Level 4: all 6 required sessions (3 live calls with Sue + 3 TA pod sessions) are expected. Everything is recorded if you can't attend live — a paid private TA makeup ($150/hr) is only needed if you miss more than 3 of the 6.
Fascia Hydrator: you're required to attend Training Calls #1 and #2. Kickoff and Call #3 are optional, and all calls are recorded if you can't attend live.
What if I don't want the Fascia Hydrator Training?
You can remove the Fascia Hydrator Instructor Training from your cart. Level 4 Instructor Training may still qualify for promotional pricing if an eligible offer or coupon is available at the time of enrollment.
What happens after I complete Level 4 — is Level 5 next?
Yes. Instructors who enroll in both Level 4 and the Fascia Hydrator Instructor Training receive preferred pricing when they continue into Level 5 Instructor Training.
This preferred pathway rewards instructors who commit to continuing their education with preferred tuition and valuable instructor benefits as they continue growing as MELT Instructors.
I already completed the Fascia Hydrator Training — do I need to buy it again?
No. If you've already completed Fascia Hydrator Training, simply remove it using the toggle above, then add Level 4 to your cart.
