Lisa Erlic

My Name is Lisa Erlic and I am a Pilates instructor(15 years) and now Level I MELT instructor; hoping to continue with my MELT training in the near future;). My MELT journey began while training to become a Pilates instructor. I was introduced to the magic and noticed that I not only felt better in my WHOLE body but it significantly enhanced my Pilates practice as well as, at the time, my soccer game. My MELT instructor was amazing and I would try to attend as many classes she offered. Now, with learning MELT on a deeper level, and in an older body, I am able to give to others that same information and gift of living pain free and with ease.
