On the final day of the MELT Quick Start for Beginners Series, we’re putting it all together to create a whole-body map that will leave you feeling revitalized from head to toe. Perform this 20-minute map at the beginning of your day to start things off feeling calm and centered, or at the end of your day, up to an hour before bedtime, to melt away accumulated stress from repetitive movements and postures. You can practice this sequence with a rolled up towel or yoga mat–whichever DIY tool works best for you.
Pro tip: Always perform your Rest Assess before and after this sequence to notice the body-wide changes you created.
