This class is a companion to Angelique's first MELT for the Neurodivergent Brain session, going deeper into physical and emotional regulation for the overstimulated nervous system. Drawing from her own lived experience with neurodivergence, Angelique guides this class with both expertise and personal understanding — creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely attuned to how your brain and body work.
